Where the Experience Takes Place
During the experience, you cook alongside Faísca and, in some workshops, his mother Conceição, a quilombola cook known for her seasoning, sensitivity, and love of welcoming people. Together, they share simple techniques, precise gestures, and the secrets behind the flavors that define Bahian cuisine.
